The Richard Piper Coles Charity is committed to supporting residents of Exeter and Halberton, Devon. Our mission is to offer financial support through annual grants to clergy and underprivileged residents of the city, ensuring basic needs are fulfilled and promoting community welfare.

We focus on offering financial grants to support those in need within the parishes of Exeter and Halberton. Our initiatives include:

Annual Grants to Clergy: Assisting clergy in their mission to support those in need.
Support for Poor Freemen: Providing financial aid to underprivileged residents of Exeter, ensuring their basic needs are met.
Discretionary Funding: Enabling Trustees to allocate funds flexibly to address emerging community needs.
